At Nootka Saunas, we stand behind the quality of our wellness products and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the sauna or accessory is disassembled and securely repacked in its original crates or packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
